An employee's super has been returned. When doing the reversal a message is coming up saying its before a locked period. When I have a look at the locked period it is 30 June 2018. The date for the reversed super is 25 February 21?

This issue can be resolved by turning off the lock period preference temporarily as it can be caused incorrectly regardless of the lock period date. Therefore, please untick the lock period preference, save the changes and then try recording the reversal again. Let us know if the issue still persists.
