Super Company has advised only received some contributions from 01-01-2022 to 31-03-2022

Hi,

 

I tried calling the Super support line but there are very long wait times.  One of the super companies that receive contributions on behalf of some of our employees has advised that they have only received part of the contributions from 01-01-2022 to 31-03-2022.  I have not had any bounced back contributions.  I need to find out why and where these missing contributions are so I can contact the super company to sort this out.

 

Please could you assist me.

    So that I can look into this for you, could you please send me a private message with the below details:

     

    • Serial number
    • Business file name 
    • Date of super payment/s
