Tech support

I rang tech support I was on the phone for close to 93 minutes with all the wait time.

 

The rep started up a teamviewer session and then it just dropped off

 

He hasnt called me back and he has made numerous changes to my online file

 

Is this normal?

 

Do I need to spend another ninety minutes on hold to get help?
