Timing Out
When trying to record the pays today I received the application operation has timed out message

I have followed all the steps as per your email and I am receiving the same timed out message

I have updated the TimeOut Extender but I have the same time out issues recording the pays

Are you able to please try logging into the web browser version of AccountRight at app.myob.com in your Google Chrome browser and see if the same issue happens?
If it still comes up with the timeout issue can you please send a console log when the error pops up. I have linked our Help Article which will give instructions on how to get the console log.
Please let me know how you go.

I was able to log on through the app however I check the payslips and balance the jobs befor transmitting to the ATO
I do not wish to do it this way in future if possible
