URGENT!!!! Payroll won't record & have been waiting online for MYOB support for almost an hour

 

We need help your help urgently, otherwise nearly 200 employees won't get paid

    Hi selinan2 

    Can you please confirm the last 4 digits of the serial number and company file ID so we can run a script to fix this issue.

      Hi Komal,

      4110.  

      I am waiting for MYOB to finish restore from backup because I didn't know there was an issue.  Will provide details shortly

      Hi Komal

      I tried to process payroll as per your advice.  Unfortunately, it failed again & have to restore from backup.

      Very disappointed due to lack of response from MYOB support since 9am.  Still waiting on the phone since 2.10 pm (3 hrs + 1 hr this morning)

      I note that this problem occurred a year ago.

      Still don't know when this matter will be resolved so that our employees can be paid.

        Same issue - 220 employees, lost the entire payroll data after hours of processing, our very unhappy staff did not get paid and we have no answer when it will be resolved.
