YTD Verification

What is the procedure for updating ATO when terminated employees payrol categories have been updated. Verification report and Payroll report dont agree and it is because some transactions for terminated employees (terminated before transition to STP2) have not appeared in the verification report. No reprocessing or correction of pays necessary.
