Re: how do I export and import recurring transactions

Hi @SharonMaguire

The recurring transaction list can be exported to Excel. When exporting you may need to go to File > Import/Export Assistant. For more information on how to do this, kindly check The Help Article Exporting data

Please let me know how it goes.

Doreen

Re: how do I export and import recurring transactions

Hi @SharonMaguire

Along with payroll transactions, and a number of other things, recurring transactions cannot be exported or imported.

There is a clone service that clones your current myox file and removes all transactions and balances, giving you a freshly set up file with everything else exactly was it was in your MYOB file, including recurring transactions, standard pays etc - saves all this exporting and importing and then manually adding payroll categories and linking to employees etc. Google 'clone for myox' if interested.

Regards

Gavin

I've gone to the export menu and there isn't a choice for recurring transactions. Where is it?

Re: how do I export and import recurring transactions

Hi @SharonMaguire

Thanks for your response.

As per checking, the exported Excel file of the recurring transaction cannot be imported. However, you may still use the Excel file as a basis when entering manually the recurring transaction into a new file.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Best regards,

Doreen
