superannuation

Hi support team,

 

One of our employees' superannuation has not been paid for the last 6 months and I would like to know how to fix this problem. 

This occurred as I have not ticked the superannuation guarantee box at the beginning.

    Hi  Butterfly8 

     

    You will need to enter a void pay with the super amount for this employee for each month to ensure it can be paid again. The detailed process is explained in this help article. 


    Please also note that if you have already started a new payroll year, check with your accounting advisor before processing it to avoid any reporting problems.
