Hello Trisho
You would need an MYOB Moderator to remove the file from being online so that you can put up the one you wish to replace it.
If you send me a Private Message I will be able to assist with this.
I would also recommend taking a backup of the company file that you are wishing to remove from being online. I have linked our Help Article on taking a backup of your company file.
