BPay not working

Hi, I have had two customers email me today saying they cannot pay via BPay as their bank is saying reference doesnt match. One of these is a regular customer who pays via BPay every time, so wondering if this is a short term issue/ glitch as he definitely knows what to do?

    Hi JaneA2013, 

     

    Thanks for your post. Are you able to provide a screenshot of the invoice that has been sent to them and the error message they get when trying to pay for the invoice via BPAY. You can send this via private message to me if needed.
