Bulk Invoice upload and Invoice Approval

Hi    We use MYOB account right .   Can you please advise 1. how can we bulk invoice upload 2. bills approval , that need to be approved by our team   How can we add those function in our MYO...

    Hi Moethu,

     

    Welcome to the Community Forum. 

     

    At present, the method to upload invoices in bulk to the app is by importing them using a template. I recommend reading through the article 'Using an Import Template' for a step-by-step process to accomplish that. 

     

    As for your second query, currently, no feature allows pending bills to be approved before they are recorded. I encourage you to post this as a suggestion on the Ideas Exchange board for consideration in future updates.

     

    In the meantime, feel free to create a new thread if you require any other assistance.
