Can not Cancel Subscription

I am attempting to cancel my subscription and the call wil not go through, wait time is 30 minutes and does not change.   MYOB does not provide the service that I require for my business.  Please advise so I can get this taken care of asap.  Thank You

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble getting through to our phone based teams. You can cancel your subscription from within your software by clicking on your business name and clicking on My Account.

     

    The Help Article, Cancelling your MYOB subscription, has detailed instructions.
