Email rejection

My emails are bouncing back from 1 email adress, 

Sorry, email delivery was unsuccessful.

Subject: Invoice 00018788; From Yass Mechanical Services

Destination: **** (email address removed by moderator ~ YS)

Sent: May 13th 2022, 6:38:49 am

Message: Please contact us immediately if you are unable to detach or download your Invoice. Thank you.

Diagnostic-Code: rejected,

 

Can some one please help

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! I've had our teams check to see if the email address has been blacklisted however it has not been. Have you been able to email through to the email address since ?
