Importing Sales

We are succesfully importing Sales into MYOB. When going into the sale in Print/Email invoices, as we need to add an attachment, we get the message of "Any changes you have made to the sale will be saved before it's emailed" and have to click ok. Is there something that defines getting this message? The ones that we send without having to go into them to add an attachment we can just tick & send. Thanks
