In Tray facility

I receive 38 invoices from the same supplier every quarter (pdf format).

I do not need to separate them, as I do a recurring monthly journal.

Have uploaded to the In Tray, but I cannot see that I can "BULK" link to an invoice.

Do not want to do one by one.

 

Anyone managed this ???

    Hi echokim 

     

    In Tray documents are designed to be matched to individual bills. 

    You would not be able to bulk allocate or match In Tray documents to AccountRight transactions. They do need to be actioned individually through the Purchase>>In Tray window.

      Hi Stephen - thanks for that.   

      Still think it is a good idea - as we also get invoices with up to 20 pages (of parts) and I have to link separately  - this is quite a chore !
