At this time, we don't have any additional information we can supply about when that particular situation will be resolved. However, it has been passed across to the required team and I have ensured that we have indicated that you are impacted by that situation.
Its now January 2024 and the issue has still not been resloved.

Won't ever be resolved because there's a "workaround". I believe that takes it off the list of things to be fixed.

Hi everyone,
Thanks for posting and following up on this concern.
This is caused by internal preference inside the Internet Explorer which is hard to alter. Currently, the only option is the workaround that H-TS is referring to.
The workaround is opening app.myob.com in the browser and editing the settings from Sales Settings > Reminders > Reminders Settings.
In the meantime, feel free to create a new thread if you require any other assistance.

Yep. So as I said, there's a rubbish workaround so the fix is put in to the 'too hard we won't bother' basket.
