MYOB Account Right timing out

Accountright keeps timing out and I am unable to complete any work

    Hi NicSped , krdunne , Michellec65 , shellmanda , AndrewStephen 

    We are experiencing an issue currently where clients are receiving a timeout error while trying to login to the online services. Our product team is investigating this at the highest priority and I will post an update on this thread as soon as it is resolved.


    I do apologise for any incovenience caused due to this.

  • Same here... have been kicked out and im unable to log back in. This seems to be happening more and more often. So frustrating!!!

        Very annoying and fustrating, I have just lost a complete days quoting, very poor service from MYOB, seriously looking at another provider!

      Same here. Can't do anything other than send staff home.

  • Hard enough to do business as it is.... and now it seems that MYOB has now caught COVID-19

     

    No orders going out today I guess :(
