Myob Accountright invoices number block glitched for 20 mins then reverted to correct numbers

Did anyone have an issue yesterday 16th June 2022 between 10am and 10.30am where the invoice numbers went out of sequence and then miraculously reverted to the correct sequence when entering invoices, quotes or orders in sales from 10.30am onward?

 

For example we were up to invoice 00079091 which we emailed at 10.02am then the next order we entered at 10.03 am went to 78948 which was used quite some time ago then it moved to 78949,78950,78951, then went back to 00079095 without human involvement.

 

Any suggestions?  Thanks

    Hi elastomersqld, 

     

    Thanks for your post and sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. At the time of your post we didn't have any widespread client reports of this happening, I would suggest clearing your AccountRight cache as this can clear any odd behaviour in AccountRight. 

     

    Do let us know if you experience this in the future.
