Pay All Button/Apply Credit to Purchase buttons not working

Two things.

I want to apply a credit to a Purchase Order and the Apply to Purchase button is not working.

I'm paying bills and the Pay All button is not working.

Please help solve this as it's very annoying.

    Hi SSC-1 

    It can happen if you do not have the required access to perform this operation. Can you check if other users in the file are able to use these buttons?

      Thanks for your response. I've been using the company's MYOB for 8 years so access is not a problem

      The buttons actually started working minutes after I posted this query.

      Our internet was taking a very long time to load pages, so I think this was the problem.
