We are having the same issue with a hotmail address, can you please help?

    Hi llschwager 

     

    We are aware of an issue where sent emails are not being received by customers. Our teams are investigating and working to get this resolved as soon as possible.

     

    We do apologise for the inconvenience caused.

      We are still experiencing this issue after the last upgrade is there an ETA on when this issue will be fixed?
