Unable to print credit card payment receipts

The past month I have been unable to print receipts for credit card payment they just don't show up in the print receipts list and its only the invoices paid with credit card. I have posted this error in the forum several times and had the issue resolved but only for that day. The next time I go to print a credit card payment receipt there are no payments by credit card on the list please help to get this resolved permanently.

    Hi Air1 

     

    I am sorry you are having issues with printing receipts again. This is something our developers are aware of and they are working on a resolution. In the meantime we can will have to keep running the scripts for you. 

     

    I have run these over a file ending on 8079 and ID 1. Let me know if this has worked for you or if you are using a different file.
