data invalid

Hi, I am getting a data invalid message when trying to use the Pay Bills function.  I have also found it occuring irregulary if I try to edit an invoice.  Please advise.

    So that we can investigate this further, could you please locate your diagnostic log and attach it in your reply?

        Thanks for providing that.

         

        These particular errors do require the company file to be sent in for further investigation and repair.

         

        So that I can arrange this for you, could you please provide the following details via private message:

         

        • Serial number
        • Business file name 
        • Your name + email 

        When/where the error occurs if only affecting specific transactions/areas:

         

        • Type of transaction: Purchases, Spend Money (dates and id if possible)
        • Item: Number/Name
        • Account: Number/Name
        • Reports/Registers: Name/dates (can be month specific)
        • Which command centre you experience the error from.
