Invalid Data

Hello, 

 

EzzyBills created 6 copies of the same bill and I'm not able to change or delete any of the 5 duplicates as I receve Error message "DataInvalid".

Is there a way to remove these duplicate bills?

    This is not something you can fix - the file will need to be repaired - send it to MYOB or get an upload link from a moderator such a Tracey_H

    Thanks for the diagnostic log. So I can arrange a repair for you, can you please send me a private message with the following information:

    • Serial number 
    • Your full name and email address 
    • File ID of the file you're having issues with (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
    • Bill number that you're having the issue with
