Hi 

 

How do you have the tax inclusive box automatically unticked when starting an invoice?

My staff forget to untick it and the sales are incorrect.

    Hi PhantomPE,

     

    Thank you for your post.

     

    AccountRight will either have this box ticked or unticked depending on the last sale, so, if the last sale had this box ticked, the next sale will automatically default to 'Tax inclusive' (ticked).
