CUSTOMER CARD NOT EXPORTING

I'm trying to export card files (which i've never had an issue with in the past) but for some reason it keeps coming up with 'Nothing to Export'. Can somebody please guide me on what else to do as i need this information today!

Hi @HDG , if you have put any filters in place on the export, remove them, export all customer cards, then filter in Excel.
