Something's gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close - exporting data

Apologies, I seem to only find the serial number ending 5002. Could you instead send me a private message with your full serial number?

I can't seem to be able to send private messages, is there any other way we can address this? Its a relatively urgent matter.

    Trying to export data so I can bring to a new file, and getting this error.
    Can this be overcome?

    Hi KHall KellyHall,

     

    You should find a private message in your inbox from me - please reply to this with your full product serial number. (Setup>Company Information>Serial Number)
