All timesheets for the period 06.05.2023 to 20.05.2023 have been duplicated. We sync daily thru MYP and they were not duplicated until I received a error email on 22.05.2023 for the sync for 20.05.2023 at 6.59pm How can we clear the duplicates.

Thanks for your post.
In this matter, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this resolves the error? If not, I would advise trying that first to see if the duplication error persists in the next pay run.

Hello,
No if the hours were 4 it is showing two lots of 4 etc and the duplication occured after I had begun the pay run.
I have attached a screen shot of 1 employee out of the 280 for the fortnight.
