Duplicated timesheets

All timesheets for the period 06.05.2023 to 20.05.2023 have been duplicated.   We sync daily thru MYP and they were not duplicated until I received a error email on 22.05.2023 for the sync for 20.05....

Hello,

 

Please find attached a copy of one duplicated timesheet.  I have a staff of 274 and they are all duplicated for this period.

May I know if you see the hours are twice the amount too when we try to process a pay run?

    Hello,

     

    No if the hours were 4 it is showing two lots of 4 etc and the duplication occured after I had begun the pay run.

     

    I have attached a screen shot of 1 employee out of the 280 for the fortnight.
