Hi, I am unable to open just one of our employee's cards - when I click on the blue arrow next to the name, it thinks about for a bit, then comes up with the "Something's gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close" screen. All other cards are fine, and I was able to process payroll okay today, but I really need to get into the card to update some information.
I am running 2021.1.1

Sound like we would be required to run a script over the company file that should allow for that card to be open. To arrange for that script to be run would mind confirming the following information:

The file is stored online, and the last four digits of the serial number are 2422 and the company file ID is 6.

I have arranged for that script to be run over the company file for you. I've would recommend closing down and reopening that company file before attempting to open that card.
