Hi,

 

We are having exactly the same issue. And moving our file online is not an option for us either.

 

What was the solution, please?

    Hi AP21

     

    I had to send Company information via Private Message to MYOB Moderator, they forwarded to another section which sent an email detailing how to send files. I did this the  two files were repaired in very good time - I do not know what fix was done but both files are now working and no problems with payroll or STP reporting.
