Hi there,
We recently upgraded to AR2019.4 and today I'm having trouble Recording our super in Pay Superannuation. When I click Record I get the error message "Whoops! Something went wrong! It look like this service is unavailable right now. Please try again later". We need to get this lodged by 18th of Jan to fit into the MYOB Super monthly cutoff window. Is anyone else having this issue or can help me?

As mentioned on Unable to access various MYOB functions and services - 17/01/2020, we did receive some reports of clients encountering errors when accessing MYOB products and services. These have since been resolved by our team and products should be functioning as per normal.
