Timing Out

When trying to record the pays today I received the application operation has timed out message

Hello @AJQ 

 

If you are getting the error for the application operation has timed out,t you are able to extend the AccountRight timeout extender. 

I have linked our post on how to extend the AccountRIght timeout extender so that you may follow the steps. 

 

After you have done so, you should be able to process the pay run without getting the error pop-up.

Time Out Diagnostics

Hello

I have updated the TimeOut Extender but I have  the same time out issues recording the pays

The diagnostics and app settings are attached

Are you able to please try logging into the web browser version of AccountRight at app.myob.com in your Google Chrome browser and see if the same issue happens?

If it still comes up with the timeout issue can you please send a console log when the error pops up. I have linked our Help Article which will give instructions on how to get the console log
