Closing a financial year

I have closed FY21 and it is still showing that I haven't closed it, even though I completed the process. I have followed the instructions on closing a financial year, but when I go into it again, it...

Hi 

check the year you are actually closing

 

you need to start with the oldest first

 

myob shows last , this and next year so you only need to rollover 2020 year to get your reports

    I have closed 2020, and can't close 2021.

        Hi, Komal_S , same issue as @warringah too, my company info says 2021 FY....
