I have closed FY21 and it is still showing that I haven't closed it, even though I completed the process. I have followed the instructions on closing a financial year, but when I go into it again, it says that I still need to close FY21. If I want to print a P&L, it shows 2020 (last year), 2021 (this year), 2022 (next year). Hence i can't print reports for FY23, even though I have closed FY20 & 21 and backed then up. Please help.

Hi
check the year you are actually closing
you need to start with the oldest first
myob shows last , this and next year so you only need to rollover 2020 year to get your reports
hope that helps

Hi @liv
Are you able to attach a screenshot of the Setup>>Company Information window? Also, when you roll over the financial year, do you get a confirmation message that the year has been rolled over?
Kind regards,
Komal

Hi @AmberRose1
If you get a confirmation screen that the file is successfully rolled over, and the financial year is still the same, pleasre attach a screenshot of the Setup>>Company Information ? Please also note that if you backup the file on the prompt, the file will close and you will have to restart and finish the roll over processs.
Kind regards,
Komal

Thanks @Komal_S
finally got chance to logon and get back to you. There was an auto update tonight so thought I'd give it another go and it has worked. Company info states 2022FY and reporting dates are reflected also. Thanks for your help 👍🏼
