Incorrect account, billing & Refuns

I purchased MYOB lite 3 mths ago. My serial number is on another entities account, I am being charged $78 instead of $5 Been waiting on refund since September and now MYOB want me to start again and set up a new file

Has anyone had similar problems?

How do I make MYOB to take responsibility?
