MYOB team time billing

We have installed MYOB team for timesheets but I cannot get the activity details off. I have clicked just payroll in the preferences but still doesn't work. I don't want my employees to see my client list when they do there times in MYOB Teams. Do the preferences need to be clicked for each user ?
