Gateway timeout 504 while loading company file with subscription

Gateway timeout 504 while loading company file with subscription

Hi, 


endpoint: https://api.myob.com/accountright?$expand=Subscription
issue: 504 gateway timeout ramdomly

 

I uses c# library to get compayfile and create account. But sometimes the endpoint of companyfile with query string "$expand=Subscription" returns 504 gateway timeout. Is there any way to avoid this 504 gateway timeout? or can you give me advice to resolve this issue?

Hi There, 

 

Thanks for reaching out, Currently this is an error that has been occurring intermittently via the API. Our Team is working on resolving this error and is implementing changes from our end to have this resolved. 

 

We have found that if you are passing the header Accept-Encoding: gzip,deflate this can help reduce these errors.
