Bank feeds not updating

Hi there,

 

Is anybody can help about Bank Feeds is not updating? Nearly monthly end need to recocnile customers payment in our system.

    Thanks for you post

     

    Sorry to hear that bank feeds isn't working.

    If we have received the feeds then it can be downloaded to file ,to investigate further on this could I request for the following details via a private message.

     

    Last 4 digits of serial number.

    The last transaction date on bank feeds window

    Name and number of the account that is impacted(If it credit card account please send only last 4 digits)

      Last Transaction date 24/05/2023

      Steel Rollformed Products Ltd - It is all banking is not come cross.

        Hi SRP1 

         

        For the company file name "Steel Rollformed Products Ltd" (CDF 2)I can see there are 3 accounts that got bank feeds set up.

         

        There is one transaction available for the account number ending 2-000  dated for 25/5/23 which can be downloaded.

        And for the remaining 2 accounts there aren't any transactions.

         

        If you are expecting to see more transactions on any of the accounts or getting any other error messages ,I can assist further.In case of missing transactions and other errors please send us the screenshot of bank statement highlighting the missing transactions via private message only.
