how th change incoreect date entered on spend money transaction

i was entering some old cash reciepts and accidentally entered the wrong year. I can not find how to open the transaction and change the date. it was such an easy thing to do in the old stand alone version of myob. can some one please help .

hi

In essentials in the banking tab - go to the last entry - find transactions.

Change the dates to capture the transaction you are looking for and you should be able to find it there

thanks Lisa, I was able to find the 2 transactions i had got wrong but i am unable to open them to adjust the date . there just dosnet seem anyway to do this

Hi

If you are unable to open the transaction by clicking on the ref number check to see if thransaction has been reconciled and if it has you may need to unreconcile to open it and amend

Only thing I can think to suggest
