AMEX bank feed balance

Anyone having the same problem? AMEX bank feed have been only showing $-- on the balance, calculated balance and out of balance. This has been like that since end of August. There is still new activity on the statement just that no update on the balance. Anyone can help?

Can you please confirm if the balance changes to correct figure once the next feeds come through? Generally, the incorrect balance is a display issue which is one-off , however, if it happens frequently, send us the screenshot of the closing balance on Bankfeeds screen and the actual balance expected along with your serial number by a Private Message so we can investigate this further.
