EMPLOYEE ONBOARDING

Hi 

 

Employee used this feature yesterday.

 

Form is not available to view and once she completed the form online she could not retrieve a copy.

 

Data exported to MYOB AccountRight correctly, but there is no View Form button embedded in her card

 

Is this a glitch that has just happened?? How do we recover a copy of the form submitted??

Hi Trevor.

 

I just wanted to confirm if you are looking in this spot:

 

Snapshot PDF.png

 

This will be the only way to recover the original completed form.

If this is not there, then it may be a glitch.

 

In this case, please could you see me a private message with the following:
- Your file GUID (Obtained by opening your file in browser and copying the URL)

- Name and email of the affected employee.

Hi Trevor.

 

I can confirm there is a bug which is causing this button not to show up in AccountRight desktop, which is not affecting the browser version.

 

Our development team has already rectified the bug, with the fix coming out at the next ARL upgrade in mid February.

 

I apologise for the inconvenience caused by this, but rest assured, it's definitely coming back Smiley Happy
