how to process a refund from a shop

How to I process a refund from a shop eg Bunnings that has been paid on my credit card and then part of total of receipt  refunded back as I retuned part of purchase but not all

Thank you for your question. 

On the Supplier returns page, you can credit or reimburse yourself for goods returned to or services not received from your suppliers.

You will then be able to mark this as a refund or apply it to an unpaid bill.
