I have cancelled a MYOB subscription because my client left mid year. For the cancelled business file there were pay events reported to ATO and I did not finaise the payroll before the cancellation.
The client moved to a new accountant which uses a differnt payroll software. Now on the employee income statement there is the unfinalised half year pay figures, and finalised full year pay figures (which the first half year figures have been doubled up in this case).
Is it possible to reactive the old subscription so that I can reverse the old pay events and finalise the payroll? Or is MYOB able to finalise the payroll manually back end?
