MYOB is not allocating superannuation where employees weekly pay is less than $400

I have attached examples of pay runs where super has not been allocated where base hours have been reduced, including annual leave. It looks like pay under $400 is not attaching super??

Re: MYOB is not allocating superannuation where employees weekly pay is less than $400

Hi, @Dionne2

Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

Please confirm if the affected employee is under 18. If yes, super will be calculated for an employee who worked for more than 30 hours in a pay cycle. If it is less than 30 hours, then super will not be calculated for that pay period. More information regarding this issue can be found in the Help Article: Paying super for employees aged under 18.
