personal leave
payroll is set up as base hours but each week the hours are coming off the personal leave leaving neagtive personal leave hours. help. happening to all employees

I would suggest checking the linked wage category on the Personal leave set-up, if this is linked to the incorrect wage category personal leave paid off will result in a negative balance.
