Sales Reporting

When we run a sales report by item, we noticed that where items have no sales value, the sale is not reported. This makes it difficult to check, for audit purposes, any invoices raised against items that have no dollar value.

This also gives an incorrect number of items by sale as even though no value attached, the item is still sold and shown on the invoice in the unit column.

Should be able to either run a report with no sales value or the items with no sales value should be included in the total sales of that item

    Thank you for your post. We're still working on the features available in browser, but I will pass on the feedback about the report not displaying the items with no dollar value.

     

    As a workaround, if you click on Export > PDF > Export, it should display those transactions when exported and viewed as a PDF.
