Unable to run sales reports - the join the dots message keeps coming up

Can someone please help as I cannot run any sales reports that relate to invoices generated over a period, an error keeps occuring and they will not run.

    Welcome to the Community Forum.

     

    In some cases changing the date range and clicking Reset on the Sales register report a couple of times can refresh the data in the background and cause the report to refresh and display the data.

     

    I would also suggest clearing your browser cache. 

    If the above doesn't work, can you please send a screenshot of the error that is popping up.
