long decimal for overdue balance

Hi there, I have one invoice with a overdue balance of -0.0001, which leads the invoice not be closed. I tried to change the item value to match it but not allowed, and also tried to apply it to finance charge, it comes error"commone Rules Decimal Precision". Can anyone help to fix it? It is prepaid to order, so I can't delete the payment to redo the payment either.

Re: long decimal for overdue balance

Hi @Qiu,

Thanks for confirming the last four digits of your serial number.

On the invoice, kindly add a new line item with 1 cent amount to see if it can match with the -0.0001 overdue. If it still doesn't work, please provide with a screenshot of the invoice and provide us with more details of your concern. Make sure to remove any sensitive information before posting in the Forum.

Best regards,

Doreen

Re: long decimal for overdue balance

@Doreen_P

It still didn't work. when added 1c, the balance became 0.00099, and I couldn't add 0.0001 in item value, it totals zero.

The issue is #2 item, you can see from screenshot, it's item price is with long decimal places, and can't be changed.

I checked other posts, should I get you to run the script, it may help to fix the issue. Thank you

@Doreen_P it hasn't been fixed yet unfortunately. Should I get everyone to log out or only me?
