Sorry to hear you are moving away and was having trouble contacting us. Cancellation is handled by our phone based team, I've passed on your details to the team they will get in touch with you to process it further.
Since you are using the new Essentials, once subscription stops you can still access the file in read-only mode for a period of time. I'd suggest following this Help article to complete a few tasks before cancelling - Cancelling your MYOB subscription.
