Contacts not showing in MYOB Invoices app

I have been testing MYOB Invoices as we will probably use it on iPads for our staff so they can bill the client when our jobs finish.

 

However, last week I could see all the Contacts and search for the ones I had imported.  But this week I can only see 29 in the list.  We have way more customers than that.  Where have they all gone?

    Apologies for the delay in response.


    This can sometimes happen due to caching and syncing issues between the mobile app and the software. Can you clear app cache, re-install it and check if the same problem is still happening?
